At Lindsey Hart Consulting, we are committed to delivering high-quality marketing and consulting services tailored to your business needs. Because our services involve time, expertise, and customized strategies, we maintain the following refund policy:

1. Consulting & Marketing Services

   • Payments made for consulting, marketing strategy, SEO services, or campaign management are non-refundable once work has begun.

   • If you wish to cancel services, a 30-day written notice is required, per our service agreement.

2. Prepaid Packages

   • If you purchase a prepaid package and have not yet scheduled or used any portion of the services, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

   • After services have commenced, prepaid packages are non-refundable.

3. Workshops & Training Sessions

   • Refunds for workshops or training sessions may be requested up to 14 days before the scheduled event.

   • Within 14 days of the event, refunds will not be issued, though you may transfer your registration to another participant.

4. Digital Products & Templates

   • All sales of digital downloads, templates, and toolkits are final due to the immediate access provided.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

   • Refund requests outside of this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Lindsey Hart Consulting.
